Jane Huh is a Collaborative Family Lawyer and Mediator. An expert in Separation, Divorce and Relationship issues. Jane has extensive experience in designing solutions and surpassing client expectations. The focus of the firm is on the client.

Divorce and other Family law matters can be messy, complicated and confusing. Jane is dedicated to finding the smartest and most cost-effective route, whether it involves a simple Agreement or representing her clients through a Collaborative Process, Mediation or Litigation (if a negotiated Agreement is infeasible).

Jane’s law practice is founded on the principles of integrity, equanimity and collaboration. As a Collaborative Lawyer, Jane is committed to settlement advocacy.  She works with an interdisciplinary team of trained Collaborative Counsel, Financial Experts and a Family Professional (trained in social work or family therapy).

Jane speaks French and Korean fluently. She also reads and understands Spanish, and Italian. Jane’s proficiency in languages gives her insight into culture, communication and negotiation.

Prior to law practice, Jane completed a master’s degree in Art History and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. In following, Jane attended the University of Ottawa and Osgoode Hall Law School, then she completed certification training in Interest-based Negotiation; Mediation and in Collaborative Law.

Jane is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Collaborative Divorce Toronto, Ontario Association of Collaborative Practitioners, and International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.

Jane also serves as a Director of Collaborative Practice Toronto and of Art Canada Institute.
